No previous roofing sales experience is required. We’re looking for people who are comfortable talking with homeowners, willing to learn, and motivated to develop their sales skills. You’ll receive hands-on experience while managing the sales process from the first conversation through the close.
Connect with homeowners in assigned communities and introduce our roofing services.
Build rapport and identify customer needs through face-to-face conversations.
Explain roofing solutions clearly and professionally.
Guide customers through the sales process from initial contact to signed agreement.
Generate new sales opportunities through proactive outreach.
Manage your daily schedule and follow up with prospective customers.
Build strong customer relationships and provide a positive experience.
Learn our products, services, and sales process to become a knowledgeable representative.
Consistently work toward individual and team sales goals.
Must be 18 years or older .
Valid driver’s license and reliable personal vehicle required.
Must be authorized to work in the United States.
Smartphone required for business-related communication.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Comfortable speaking with homeowners and meeting new people.
Self-motivated, dependable, and willing to learn.
Positive attitude and ability to handle rejection professionally.
Strong time-management skills and ability to work independently.
Previous sales, customer service, retail, hospitality, or canvassing experience is a plus, but not required .
This is a commission-based sales opportunity with performance-driven earning potential.
Typical earning range: $75,000–$200,000+ annually for successful representatives
Your earnings are based on your sales performance and results.

This is an in-person, field-based sales position that requires travel within your assigned territory. You’ll spend your time meeting homeowners, developing relationships, and creating new sales opportunities.
