We are looking for an experienced Warehouse Team Leader to join our team in Kansas City! This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys being part of the action while also leading others. Our Warehouse Team Leader is a working leader who helps keep daily operations running safely, accurately, and efficiently while supporting employees and working closely with other departments.

As our Warehouse Team Leader, you’ll help lead and coordinate day-to-day warehouse operations, including:

• Lead daily warehouse activities and help ensure work is completed safely, accurately, and on time
• Prioritize workload and keep workflow moving throughout the shift
• Coordinate and monitor employees involved in warehouse operations and material movement
• Promote a safe work environment and help identify and correct safety concerns
• Monitor inventory accuracy and assist with investigating discrepancies
• Ensure warehouse equipment, scanners, systems, and tools are being used properly
• Maintain accurate warehouse records and documentation
• Work closely with Shipping, Receiving, Production, Quality, Maintenance, Transportation, and management
• Set clear expectations, support team members, and help maintain a positive, productive work environment

• 3+ years of shipping/warehouse experience
• 1+ year of leadership or supervisory experience
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Narrow Aisle Deep Reach truck experience
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Strong organization, prioritization, and problem-solving skills
• Comfortable using warehouse systems, scanners, computers, and common business technology
• Ability to work flexible hours, overtime, or weekends when business needs require
